Thay way you can have people who support the game on patreon be your testers and put it out on steam when i decent build is made and depending if you get enough support add more or even have a commission tier for like 50$ let them add a character or something and make a separate area for it

I'm beginning to do the stories right now so probably in a couple months. The biggest slow down is doing the animations. A full version would probably take years at this rate. It really comes down to how much support I get for the game
