I'm loving this story! It definitely took me a little bit to read this one because Sirius is one of my favorite characters and it's heartbreaking.

Harry causing the glass to explode and then the old man being so calm when Harry yelled he would never forget this though are concerning a bit, figured he would tell Harry of or something.

Sounds like perhaps no time turner to save Sirius this time around then eh? ANd definitely sounds like any doubts Harry had for being on Tom's side are gone now only to be replaced with a fiery determination for vengeance against those who wronged him.
