Losing Nanami like that really was painful and I feel like it was especially difficult to have it happen in the middle of an episode. It's so hard to pay attention to what was going on with Mahito and Yuuji after that. As a manga reader who knew it was coming it was still hard. I don't blame you at all for not having words at the end. And for being quiet during the Sukuna and Mahoraga episode, there's a LOT going on this season and seeing you react to it is great even if it's just your facial expressions!
