Just When I Thought I Was Out...
The actor who plays Syd I think specifically requested Robert Townsend to play her father, which is awesome, he rules. Ritchie clearly like stories of drifter dudes being good at their jobs, which is something he probably aspires to be. His (and Mikey's) alarm passcode was a reference to the Mann Miami Vice movie, and then is in an argument about Ridley's Scott's intentions with Blade Runner.

p.s. I feel for Ebra, went back to school in my late 30s and that shit can be quite a jolt to the senses. I can't imagine being in my 50s or 60s and giving it a go.
