[DOWNLOAD] So many saddles
🕑 Added 2023-11-22 19:21:01 +0000 UTCThese do not have a 3D saddlepad version but they do come with stirrup versions (both standard and long stirrup versions). I will make versions that have a 3D pad but it will take me longer. I'm, uh, not sure when I will want to deal with 32 individual files at once again.
These are all edits of MinervaMagicka's SSO dressage saddle conversion. The exception is #8 which is a RS conversion but uses the same (albeit edited) textures MM converted for the dressage saddle. That being said, the saddle part follows the same texture map as MM's original converted saddle. That means any recolors other creators have done for that saddle can be easily transferred to these. However, the girth map is different for all except #5 & #7 so be aware of that if when making recolors.
In this post:

- 2. Jumper Saddle v2 (close contact saddle)
- 3. Hunter/Working Equitation Saddle
- 4. General Purpose Saddle
- 5. Icelandic Saddle
- 6. Endurance Saddle (English type)

Note: Various 2D saddlepads from other creators work with these and some do not. Forgive me for not providing 2D compatible pads myself but there are other artists in the community who have more talent in that than myself. If you make saddle pads for these or do recolors of the saddles, always feel free to let me know and I will update my pinned post with your content.
There are a lot of files. I thought best to separate the zips by saddle type and then one big file. All versions are independent of each other and can be in game at once or you can just use your favorite version. If I've made any mistake in packaging or missed something in testing the files, please let me know.
Minor notes:
- The racing saddle has some wacky deforms with the heaviest builds but looks fine on average/slimmer builds (sorry to all the heavy draft race horses out there)
- For the most part, the EA fits have quite a deep seat. That's because I assume if you're using EA fit, you also using EA animations. The Sim sits so flat on the horse's back...
- I tried to make a fleece type girth retexture on the general saddles and largely failed. I included it more so as a guide than anything else. When I do the 3D pads, I am hoping to make a 3D variant of a fleece girth, too.
Because these use assets converted from other games it is very much not okay to lock any edits to them behind paywall or early access. This is not only against my TOU, but the TOUs that these came from. Conversions from other games have always been a gray area in modding and should myself or MM receive any request to remove them, we will comply. MM posted about this topic on her Tumblr/Tumblr and I align with her views.
