ok, here are my ideas 1: A boy dressed as a Can-can dancer, lifting his skirt and doing kicks, showing his panties and his bulge 2: Ron from Kim possible, as Veronica, wearing this dress https://images-wixmp-ed30a86b8c4ca887773594c2.wixmp.com/f/7b575510-92c0-4ae4-8f78-03658fd8a3c1/dejtm48-194601f8-c871-4bfd-906c-8358f9229c69.jpg?token=eyJ0eXAiOiJKV1QiLCJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.eyJzdWIiOiJ1cm46YXBwOjdlMGQxODg5ODIyNjQzNzNhNWYwZDQxNWVhMGQyNmUwIiwiaXNzIjoidXJuOmFwcDo3ZTBkMTg4OTgyMjY0MzczYTVmMGQ0MTVlYTBkMjZlMCIsIm9iaiI6W1t7InBhdGgiOiJcL2ZcLzdiNTc1NTEwLTkyYzAtNGFlNC04Zjc4LTAzNjU4ZmQ4YTNjMVwvZGVqdG00OC0xOTQ2MDFmOC1jODcxLTRiZmQtOTA2Yy04MzU4ZjkyMjljNjkuanBnIn1dXSwiYXVkIjpbInVybjpzZXJ2aWNlOmZpbGUuZG93bmxvYWQiXX0.uaXmWu1nAdBiDhh23jypNksLVpIdKhXsVs9q9325Uyg 3. A boy in a dress as another boy playfully tries to lift his skirt, I'm thinking he's in a schoolgirl uniform
