Inside the "warehouse" where Sun Cheng stayed, there were not only supplies but also some information about the Decepticons within the Egyptian territory that they had previously investigated.
Alita found it, and it was placed in the area with the energon, in a very conspicuous location.
As usual, all the data was stored in a specially crafted metal disk for easy access by the Autobots.
When Alita handed the metal disk to Optimus Prime, he nodded slightly and began to examine it.
"Decepticon... Lord Fallen... Leadership Module..."
Optimus Prime read quickly, and soon his brow furrowed.
Because the succession had been too hasty, he hadn't had a chance to learn more from his teacher, Sentinel Prime.
Regarding Lord Fallen, he knew almost nothing.
Even about the Leadership Module, Optimus Prime's knowledge was limited. He vaguely remembered that his teacher had mentioned it in the past; it was the ultimate symbol of power for the Autobots, even more mystical than the All Spark.
After reviewing the contents, Optimus Prime could confirm that Frenzy had not lied. Indeed, a large number of Decepticons were gathering, and many of them were familiar faces.
"Hercules!"
Several members of the Devastator, who could combine into a gigantic Decepticon known as "Devastator," appeared in some photos in the data.
Although the six members of Devastator had not yet assembled, Optimus Prime knew that it was a means of controlling Hercules.
This colossal monster created by the Skytiger Legion would become an incredibly powerful combined Decepticon, Hercules, once the six members of Devastator assembled.
Many Autobots had also realized that Frenzy was providing them with supplies in the hope of enlisting their help to eliminate the Skytiger Legion.
However, even if this conspiracy were discovered, it would be difficult to break. Because the Autobots and the Skytiger Legion were natural enemies, and even without Frenzy's supplies, they would have to deal with the Decepticons.
"Leader, what should we do next?"
It was still Ratchet who first broke the deadlock and asked.
Optimus Prime held the metal disk, releasing it only after a while, letting it fall to the ground.
"No matter what Frenzy and the others are planning... as long as we know that the Decepticons are coveting Earth and the Leadership Module, we cannot stand idly by."
He turned to Ironhide. "Bumblebee has already repelled the Decepticon attempting to kill Sam. He mentioned that the Scalpel had information about the Leadership Module inside Sam's head. Ironhide, I need you to take a team to the United States and safely bring Sam and his family to the Sound Nest base."
"Notify Sideswipe and Carly to ensure that Megatron's remains do not fall into Decepticon hands."
"As for us..."
He fell silent for a moment before continuing, "I have a very bad feeling that a great battle may be approaching. Spread the word, Autobots, prepare for battle!"
"Yes!"
...
Almost as Optimus Prime was busy preparing for the upcoming battle, on the far side of the moon, in a very hidden impact crater.
"Master, we have failed..."
Starscream bowed his head humbly, kneeling before a Decepticon of immense size and ferocity. "The Autobots' response was faster than we expected. We couldn't get close to Megatron's body. Even the operation targeting that Human boy, Sam, was thwarted by the Autobots!"
This was a massive spaceship with a cargo hold several hundred meters high, and the space inside was spacious, spanning tens of thousands of square meters. However, due to the Decepticons' unique aesthetics, it resembled the lair of a dangerous spider, divided into several separate spaces by various cables and supports.
The menacing Decepticon seated on a metal throne in the center of the space was none other than Lord Fallen.
When Starscream entered, Lord Fallen was resting with his eyes closed. Dozens of varying-sized conduits surrounded him.
They were continuously delivering highly concentrated energon to Lord Fallen's mechanical body, replenishing his Spark and slowly repairing the horrific wounds on his body.
"Once again, you disappoint me, Starscream," a deep voice echoed in the spacious spaceship, causing Starscream's mechanical body to tremble involuntarily.
"Yes, Master," he humbly lowered his head even further, but a trace of cunning red light continued to flicker in his eyes.
"Soundwave has been monitoring the Autobots closely lately. He's looking for an opportunity to eliminate Optimus Prime. However, as of now, we haven't found the right moment!"
Eliminating Optimus Prime was one of the orders Lord Fallen had given to Starscream. Although Starscream didn't know the reason behind it, he had discovered Lord Fallen's apprehension toward Optimus Prime, the newly masked Autobot leader, through his interactions during this time.
Even though Starscream didn't understand the reason, he wouldn't mind taking care of Optimus Prime if the opportunity arose. However, as the leader of the Autobots, Optimus Prime always had close aides and other Autobots protecting him. Coupled with his formidable combat abilities, even if Megatron were to be resurrected and personally led a team to assassinate him, it would take a considerable amount of time and come at a heavy cost.
After all, every super leader was a powerful warrior.
"We're running out of time!" Lord Fallen's voice suddenly grew impatient. "I have a very bad feeling... I can sense them, my former brothers. They must have left something on Earth to target me... Something terrible is happening, so I can't continue to sit here and let the situation worsen!"
He brandished a bone staff that resembled a spear, and small metal fragments kept falling from his body.
"I need the Leadership Module to heal my injuries completely... Starscream, mobilize your forces, no need to hide anymore."
"Go, Decepticons, unleash your destructive desires... Bring me that boy."
"If Humans and Autobots want to protect him, force them to surrender the boy named Sam through war."
"I want the Leadership Module!"
Lord Fallen's voice was domineering and filled with malice, even more so than Megatron.
Starscream bowed his head in obeisance, and the red light in his eyes continued to flicker. It was clear that he had many thoughts racing through his mind at this moment.
However, in the face of such a powerful command, he made no attempt to contradict or advise against it.
"As you wish, my Master," he said with a tone of satisfaction. "The Skytiger Legion obeys your command!"
War was coming!
