I was finally able to implement a feature I have been wanting to do for a while.
Minor update, but a big step!
You can now climb up the esophagus yourself!
I have turned off the existing escape from the stomach feature once because it interferes with this update.
There are still issues with this feature, but I for one am so glad I implemented it!

Sorry! The WIP Shop is still under construction, so you can't get in! When it is completed and you can enter, I will remove the "WIP" sign!

Just gave it a try and it is a great feature!! I love how you can also climb up other parts of the stomach wall. Fantastic!
