Kinda bummed that you didn't mention the moment when Buu begins to exclaim "This wasn't supposed to happen", only for Vegetto to interrupt him and finish the sentence, as if to say "yeah, I've head that one before". It's a nice little self-referential moment, acknowledging that both Goku and Vegeta have been in this situation many times before (and on both sides of it between them), once more playing to the Buu arc's strengths of humor and lampooning Dragon Ball tropes. Fully agree though that Buu getting his ass kicked by candy Vegetto is the best part of that fight. As for Vegetto, I've always preferred his look to Gogeta's as well since Vegetto's outfit actually combines Goku and Vegeta's outfits unlike the fusion outfit. Yeah, Gogeta is a better name, but if going with an inferior name and a completely different fusion method is the price Toriyama had to pay to give us a more visually stimulating Goku/Vegeta fusion, then so be it.

Also apparently Goku can just go Super Saiyan 3 much faster too than he could before. I guess he had some practice over the 1 day that he spent dead......sure.

i'll be honest. i have always forgiven the "goku tosses the earring like a dumbass" because ive always found it to be so in character, while simultainiously absolutely hilarious.
