Been trying to catch up watching with you Brother J. So happy you got to see this one, it is one of my fav pixar's. I too tend to tear up watching it and I think it has to do with seeing someone, even a little rat, reach their dreams. You just feel happy for them and it brings on the tears. We can all relate. This is one I watch quite often. :)

Just got back from Disneyworld and they have a Ratatouille ride. It's a lot of fun. Idk why people say they're gonna leave if they don't like the videos. Like dude leave we won't miss you if you're gonna be that way

A chef's hat is officially called a "toque" (pronounced "TOKE"), from the Arabic word for hat. In 1800s France, the tall, pleated hat became known as the Toque Blanche, literally white hat. Yes, Chef Boyardee was a real person: Real name: His real name was Ettore "Hector" Boiardi. Google it. Ratatouille is a type of stew...it is traditionally made with tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, onions, and eggplant when they are at the peak of their season at the same time. Garlic, thyme, and basil are also often added to the mix.
