I've seen this a couple of dozen times and when you bring up why are they shooting when they heal it hit my head of this movies plot hole, the lab that made Laura and the others never manufactured adamantium bullets. They knew about Logan and his abilities and what would put him down so when they made Laura and put adamantium in her they should've made the bullets as well. They didn't do their due diligence.
