Ever since Riot nerfed ap ratios in exchange for mana I have not been a fan of cassiopeia, and her winrates used to be even higher before that and I didn't have her on the tierlist.

Hes good diamond+ , his winrate is being held down massively by people building him incorrectly (going eclipse rather than cyclosword)

Why no Casio in the mid tier list? She seems to be performing very well every patch, especially in the lower to mid elos.

Diana mid is probably lichbane or stormsurge rush in most cases and everything afterwards is situational. Diana jungle is probably nashoor still. for runes, conq in jungle, for mid, conq/phase/electrocute

Mage pairings are quite strong, Kai'sa + melee sup, lulu with hypercarries like kog/twitch/jinx really underrated too
