Shiv ADC's are far better than Kraken, so Zeri/Kaisa/etc. Draven is still good because his build was unaffected, and MF/Jhin/Ashe are also good but those are more botlane centric champions. Ezreal probably on the fall off because of the Q nerf, people already stopped playing him.. so in short, Zeri/Draven are probably the highest chance together with Corki. Also Smolder is gonna be meta soon everywhere as he's very good

Since ap junglers are still strong, pro play meta might still be adc heavy - but since corki got nerfed, and a lot of items got nerfed, what adcs will emerge on top? I imagine corki, tristana and zeri might still be around but I could be wrong.
