Smolder mid is still fine, fleet nerf sucks a bit, but atleast his items were untouched compared to other ADC's.

I think Galio might probably opt in for Abyssal Mask rush instead of Hollow Radiance. He has enough waveclear without the bamis.

He used to build the item second not first - this was back when Trinity Force TF was meta. Anyway, I doubt TF will be buying this item first.

Any thoughts about Twisted Fate with wits ends rush?, pretty sure before he used to be build with that item first, but of course it was an entire different season and meta, but is it in any way viable with the changes?
