Yes certain champions will need more buffs/nerfs based on how they benefit/lose on the new patch. Vex will not be played much at Worlds, and even if she was, Riot would only need to nerf her by about 1% winrate to make pros not play her again while she would still remain one of the best SoloQ champions. Also this patch is not being used on Worlds anyways. Any champion that is currently high on the tierlist is totally fine to OTP

Are there any mids you believe will be less impacted by patches this split than others? Vex, for example, might be nerfed if heavily played in Worlds. Who would be best for a Gold trying to find a champ to one trick?
