I'm far from a business guru or dealer, but I'd assume whenever you reinvest profits back into an entity that is also paying taxes to the Gov't is the way I'm assuming (of course keeping track, because they will ask). Much far more technical if you asked a person who was into business dealing but the surface layer of it should be that. I started investing more to 401k, beyond what they were matching, and I noticed that lower taxation during the season.

I cash flow a couple rental properties and you’re absolutely right. There are maintenance issues that pop up randomly. You have to be very disciplined about using cash flow the right way. Not to buy stuff but to reinvest back into more properties, stock market, or better yet paying off loans and adding to your net worth. I’m looking to buy another this year, then get into building properties like Anton as well as apartment complexes. Let’s get it Fam!!! Stay down for 10 years and get this bag.

I think commercial is much worse, and way more risky... there is a commercial real estate bubble right now and so much competition for tenants considering work-from-home and e-commerce.

Great info! Question, what is your opinion about doing the same with commercial property? Would you say it is more risk with it compared to residential? Back in day; My folks back had many residential properties but they were a serious headache, so much so, it gave me a disdain for wanting own any residential rental properties. However, I do have an interest in owning some commercial property one day.
