Status Update
We apologize for our continued silence since our last post, which has been since April 15th. We do read your comments still, and also know that it must be frustrating for a project to keep being silent as one just doesn't know, are things happening or not?
We are in a little bit of an awkward spot, where we do want to reach out to you, but most of the time it would be a "We're still working on it", however complete silence is also counterproductive in the sense that one doesn't see anything from us for over a month and it might try your goodwill for us.
That isn't our intent and our plan so far was that we try to create more content faster, as our internal consensus had been that actions speak louder than words. We are still in the middle of restructuring our work. However, we have some good news, which is that story-planning wise we are at the point where we "just" need to put everything down to words. And as one might have seen in one of our dev diaries, we also did show some of the upcoming game features. We are intending to add an explorable zone along with some other experimental visuals in the next chapter of the game.
Our current plan is to keep working on dates and also create days until we get to day 10. After that the weirder and more abstract stuff will start, which in itself might be a bit of a bold decision, as one might expect something else from what we had laid out in the game so far. Our intent has always been to showcase the more personal experiences of Nyrok himself, and our plans are to go for more impressionist and surrealist angles.
Anyway, if one is more curious about this kind of background stuff, we will be making another dev diary post hopefully by next week or so and talk perhaps a bit more in depth about what is to come with day 10 and beyond.
Game Update
As for what new features you can expect from within the game, we have added day 8, which has a new way to intertwine character driven content.
It contains Brym's new second date, however that one is more accessible through a specific route rather than the date menu itself. It will still be fairly obvious how you can get to spend time with him, but this is our first foray into content that sways a bit from the current dating structure.
Overall, this update has also been fairly focused on our horned drake, as we updated his sprites and he also has some shirtless versions now which are reflected in the fitting spots in the game (such as the woodcutting scene).
While this might not sound like much, there is a bit of content with these mentioned pieces. One of the new areas within day 8 will just be a black screen for now, but we are working on adding new backgrounds for it, along with another new "tech", to display some new images in a different way.
For the next update we hope to add a date for Azorin, Cedrik's second date and more content for Corvolin.
Again, we apologize for everything, and going from here onwards we are trying out how to distribute PR work between our team members, so that we can also keep more in touch with you on discord and every other channel.

Yeah got problems with the app version at some point on day 2 with brym after cuttint wood on the drive back home its stuck and the app stopps responding and i cant do anything anymore really sad 0.3.6 worked just fine though dont know what screws up there but might be looking for the bug so people can play again thx
