Well, it's been a long time. We deeply apologise for that, life's got in the way of us all and we just haven't been able to maintain a consistent workflow. Due to this, we have ultimately failed you for not keeping you up-to-date with recent developments and have, instead, remained in such a long silence.
Which is why we've also decided to make this post public so everyone can read this.
Essentially, we have been preparing a big patch for you guys, the addition of Day 9, new dates, art and even characters, but we ended up taking a lot longer than we initially thought. However we have, indeed, been working on the project, and we can confidently say that we're now in a better spot to keep the boat sailing.
Current status is... Day 9, in its core, is written and playable, which I am happy to say. And it is a big day, with over 100 pages of text for its script, including variations from past choices and romance paths. This is excluding optional date sections, and some will be included with its release as well.
What are we missing for Day 9? Other optional dates, some variations that will be added in the future with the release of more dates that take place in past days, then mostly just art assets, some new soundtracks and CGs, but we will release what we have as soon as we can so you can already have a look and give us your feedback. Additional dates will be released in further updates, and you can then expect at least a new date for Azorin and Garreth with posterior patches.
There will also be an additional route for Day 9, which drastically changes almost half of it, that we chose to develop at a later date, which will focus more on Cedrik and Lucra, along with their romantic conclusions for the first act. We are aware these two characters still need some attention in both their romance paths, so when we reach this stage, we're hoping to have all the remaining dates for them finished as well.
And what about Kovle? Well, we haven't forgotten about him!
Kovle will play an important role in Day 10, and we are also thinking about releasing another date (or dates, if necessary) that would take place in earlier days to keep him on par with the other romance routes. He would also see a first act conclusion on this same day. Truly, we think he deserves some love, so we want to make sure he receives it!
Alright, let's get to some release details...
The next patch will include:
- A new date with Lucra, with a glimpse into her story;
- First date with Brando, which may lead to something more;
- Playable Day 9 (will still be expanded with further releases) and with it:
- Conclusion of Brymror's arc for Act 1, including romance;
- A quick fling with the big wolf, perhaps;
- A demon who wants to help you.
We don't want to make promises we cannot fulfill, but your support has indeed allowed us to continue working on this project, and we are deeply thankful for it. We cannot guarantee to be quick with these updates, although we'd love to have the Act 1 of this game finally completed by the end of this year.
The compromise we can make is that we will try our best to at least communicate with you and show you the work we have been getting done every month, and this time for real. I am aware this has been said quite a few times, so only time will tell if we truly meant it. Hopefully, we can regain your trust.
We're aiming to release this patch by the end of July or August, it will depend on whether we run into complications during implementation or not. We're currently making sure Day 9 works, but we'll keep in touch!
We'll follow the usual system for public patches, but we have more content lined up for quicker releases so you guys won't have to wait for much longer.
And for last but not least, for out patrons, we're sharing with you some images that will be featured in the upcoming content, along with a conceptualisation of what our art gallery UI will look like. With us getting closer and closer to the end of Act 1, we recognise the need of this feature to more easily access unlocked in-game art! We're not sure when we'll be able to include it, but soon!

Looking forward to all of this. Especially the new dates, wanted to see Brando for a while and have been craving more Kovle content. Hopefully we get some perverted fun with big dragon boss. The wolf and demon are intriguing.
