I wouldn't say her body was hijacked she is as much the owner as Helena is, but her identity was stolen for sure. Also, Mark is also hurt and pissed in a different way he feels violated and lied to that's why he is angry for sure though his anger is misplaced on the wrong person.

Britt Lower was so great in this episode. Like you, I was suspicious of Helena coming back again but to me it seemed so clearly to be Helly. The difference between Helly and Helena seems so obvious now, and going forward I think the differences are even more clear. I feel so sorry for Helly, her body was hijacked and Mark didn't even recognize her, and SLEPT WITH HER. I'd be so pissed and hurt.
