If this update won't be leaked until 20th of September, one of the following extra scenes would be added:

On Android, saves suppose to start working with next update, you will be able to proceed with progress of 0.31 in 0.32.

All new scenes are in new Margaery's quest, you need to complete it, make sure other quests are completed first, Mara, Witch etc. BDSM scenes will be unlocked too once you complete this quest
