I've worked with her multiple times in the past and have just had random conversations and that's basically her personality. I'm sure she is a bit OTT intentionally, but I think it's the same way people pretend to be more neurotic than they actually are or act more combative because people respond positively to BIG personalities. Like Guy Fieri.

This is great, thank you! She does seem a bit overly theatrical, doesn't she? Like her reactions aren't entirely genuine but heightened to be more entertaining. Is it just me?
