SCCA Nationals Green Valley 1966 - Shelby GT350R #14
🕑 Added 2024-11-02 07:00:04 +0000 UTCPreviously released in the GTC GT350R historical skinpack.
Dan Gerber ran one of the more uniquely coloured GT350R's in the mid 60's SCCA nationals, coloured with the red from his baby food company, retaining the "mandatory" white and blue colours with the striping.
Gerber himself was quite a skilled racer, being able to eventually make it to the SCCA finals, the USRRC race at Riverside, where all regional/national champions would battle for season honors. Gerber planned to sell his GT350R after the race was over, but ended up in a hard crash during the early stages of the race! Gerber was badly injured, but survived - the same could not be said about the car.
