Not being able to to eat properly and sleep absolutely sucks😵💫😵💫 Bulgarian squats They look tough 🦵🦵😳 Haven’t quite progressed to the Bulgarian squats yet😵💫 Still doing alternate reverse lunges with DBs. they make me sweat HAHA Got my balance sussed with them now 👍👍👍 Build up the weights a bit more and then progress to the Bulgarians next ????😳😳😳 Had a good sesh today Increased the weight on my one arm rows . All good Think I push it up a bit more on Sundays sesh 😁😁 Added in the leg press machine today as I haven’t done it in awhile 170 kg 4x10 reps Not 3x my weight like someone I know 😁😁😳 Now that would be going heavy 😁😁😂😂😳👍 Hope you have a great weekend and hope you get some more sleep and can start eating with INTENT again 😁😁😁 I love that sentiment Brilliant HAHAHAHA 😎👍
