That sounds great! I hope you aren't too achy haha. I don't change anything on training days compared to rest days nooo, same protein goals etc. Though I don't even track my food, I just eat with intent

Glad you are recovering well from the dental surgery 💯 You will be killing it in the gym next week with all that behind you now. YES👍 Really good week for me Three good seshes , one of which was with my PT Couple of days of now Back with PT for a sesh on Tuesday first thing Can I ask do you change your daily diet when you are not visiting the gym ??? As a diabetic I always count the amount of carbs ( 30 g per meal max) But I don’t limit myself on protein.
