The Third Dragon Heart (1)
Yuno, who thought it was over when the lightning was fired at him, realized he was unharmed and turned to the side where he heard the sound of a magic incantation.
There, despite being under the dragon’s yin energy, Isabella and Marie had gritted their teeth and cast their spells when they saw Yuno in danger, now panting for breath.
“Haah, haah... Oppa... haah, are you okay?”
“Haa... We’re... at our limit too... hng... finish it quickly... ugh...”
“Thank you, Noona. Marie. When this is over, I’ll grant you each a wish!”
“You...promise? Hng...”
Yuno expressed his gratitude to Isabella and Marie, then turned back toward the dragon. As soon as he turned, they could no longer hold back their overflowing lust and began pleasuring themselves.
Yuno climbed onto the fallen dragon’s chest, filled his fist with energy, and thrust it at the dragon’s face. The dragon, as if resigned, closed its eyes and spoke.
“Grrrr... The victory is yours... kill me.”
“...Let me ask just one thing. I’ve never heard of dragons existing in this world how did you get here?”
“Hm? Wait? You! Aren’t you from this world? How do you know of my kind?”
As Yuno suspected, the dragon was not a native of this world, so he pressed on.
“Answer my question first! How did you get here?”
“...I don’t know either. As you know, I am a dragon. Or rather, since I failed to ascend, I’m only half of one. Ten years ago, after a thousand years of training, I was about to ascend in my imugi form, suppressing all desires. But a child gathering herbs found me, and I failed to ascend and fell from the sky.”
The dragon snorted, still angry at the memory.
“...Go on.”
“Right... Anyway, after failing to ascend and crashing to the ground, I accepted death. But for some reason, I didn’t die, and when I came to, I was floating in what you call the Spirit Lake.”
...Surprised, Yuno asked,
“When you came here, did you meet a god or anything? Did anyone offer you a deal? Maybe give you a gift out of pity?”
“Hmph! A god? If I’d met a god, I’d have demanded to know why I ended up like this! No, nothing like that.”
“Fine... Then why did you take over the World Tree? Why try to wipe out the elves? Didn’t you know that the World Tree is what gives birth to elf children?”
“Hm? The World Tree? Oh, you mean this tree? ...It was for my survival. My body, after failing to ascend, was filled with this cursed yin energy, and to neutralize it I needed a large amount of yang energy. The being with the strongest yang energy around here was this tree.”
“And attacking the elves?”
“I never attacked them first. They came at me, so I just brainwashed the surrounding monsters to protect myself. And I didn’t know this tree gave birth to elves. I... I really didn’t know that.”
Now Yuno finally understood the situation.
“Now answer my question: how do you know about my existence?”
As the dragon asked, Yuno heard his wives’ moans behind him and realized he had something more urgent to handle.
“First, stop releasing your yin energy. If you do, I’ll answer your question.”
“...I’ve already answered all your questions, and you’re still making demands. Well, I suppose the loser can’t complain... grrr.”
Surprisingly, the dragon obediently stopped releasing yin energy, and the moans from the elves ceased.
“I am someone who died in the world you came from and was reincarnated here. My mother over there is the same.”
“Hm? Your mother? That human woman with the long black hair? She smells like you... Don’t tell me...”
The dragon’s unexpectedly sharp words made Yuno blush. “Ahem... well, that’s none of your business... Anyway... it seems like we’re from different times, but... since we’re from the same world, I don’t really want to kill you. You had your reasons...”
Realizing the dragon wasn’t truly evil, Yuno’s hostility faded. In fact, Yuno’s group hadn’t suffered much from the dragon, and for ten years it had actually kept the giant monsters in check, which was a boon for a lord.
“...No, kill me! With all this yin energy, I can only die. I’m sorry to the elves... I didn’t know the tree’s fruit became elf children.”
As the dragon spoke in self-mockery, Kurimu and Miruku, now recovered, approached.
“...Is that true? You didn’t mean to wipe us out and take the World Tree, but did it to survive?”
“Yes. I’m truly sorry to you elves. I just wanted to risk everything to ascend again. That’s why I absorbed yang energy from the World Tree... But to think I was committing genocide... I even ordered monsters to rape elves and drove your race to extinction, so I suppose I could never have ascended anyway...”
Only after being defeated did the dragon seem to let go of its obsession with ascension, and apologized sincerely.
“We accept your apology. Now that the World Tree is gone, we can’t avoid extinction... but you had your reasons, too.”
“Grr... thank you. Now take my life.”
“Prince Yuno, we leave the dragon’s fate to you. You’re the one who truly defeated it.”
As Kurimu sheathed her sword and stepped back, Yuno thought for a moment and spoke again.
“First, I have something to tell you, Kurimu. The World Tree isn’t dead.”
“Huh? What do you mean?”... “When the dragon released its final yin energy, the World Tree possessed my mother and left a message. She said she left a seed beneath her stump for the next generation. If you pour... um...”
“Pour what?”
Kurimu blinked her big eyes, and Yuno, embarrassed, admitted the truth.
“Um... semen. She said if you pour semen full of life energy on it, she’ll be reborn.”
“R-really? The World Tree will revive!! Oh, Venus, thank you!!”
Kurimu and Miruku, overjoyed, jumped up and down, their huge breasts bouncing and catching Yuno’s gaze. Eliza and Catherine, now recovered, bonked Yuno on the head to snap him out of it.
“Ow, ow... Why hit me?”
“Are you going to keep ogling the queen and princess instead of your pretty wives?”
“T-that’s just instinct, I can’t help it!”
“Grrr!! There’s no time! Soon I’ll have to release the yin energy again!! Kill me quickly!”
As Yuno and the dragon bantered, the dragon grew impatient.
“Oh, right! I might be able to help you! Before the World Tree left, she gave me all her remaining energy. My mana core is all yang energy, so I have more than enough stamina. What if I absorb your yin energy to neutralize it? Mana that’s too imbalanced is hard for me to handle anyway.”
“Hm? Is that possible?”
“Well... I won’t know until I try, but theoretically, yes.”
“Do it!! Please! If you save me, I can atone to the elves and the World Tree, and try to ascend again!!”
The dragon pleaded earnestly, so Yuno looked to Kurimu and the Luana clan chief.
“Queen Kurimu? Luana chief? May I spare the dragon? The elves suffered the most, so I want your permission.”
“Please give us a moment.”
The two elves returned to their archers and guards, explained the situation, and gathered opinions before coming back.
“The children say they’ll follow your decision, Prince Yuno. Personally, I hope no more lives are lost. All of this came from ignorance... Now that’s resolved, I hope there’s no more harm.”
“Thank you, Your Majesty.”
Yuno bowed to Kurimu, then turned to the dragon.
“Can you shrink down a bit?”
“I can. During my training, I sometimes played in human villages. That’s why my thousand years of training went to waste...”
With a wry smile, the dragon chanted a spell, and light enveloped her body, transforming her into a girl with a huge tail and horns.
“Is this good?”
“W-wait... You’re female?”
“Hm? Didn’t you notice from my laugh earlier?”
Yuno then remembered the dragon’s “hohoho” laugh.
“I was too distracted then... Anyway, where do you store your mana... or rather, your energy?”
The dragon pointed to a small scale on her neck.
“Here. You’ve heard of the reverse scale, right? This is my weak point and where I store my energy and all that cursed yin energy.”
“Alright! I’ll start absorbing your yin energy now. By the way, what’s your name? I can’t keep calling you ‘dragon’ or ‘you.’”
“Miri. My name is Miri.”
“Miri? Oh~ Ajin earlier said he was protecting Lady Miri... so that was you.”
“Grr... Ajin... I increased his intelligence with my brainwashing. Same with the ogre after training together, they became quite strong... He’s probably dead now, though...”
“I spared him, don’t worry! The ogre might be dead, but... well, nothing to do about that now. Let’s get started, so stop thinking about other things and focus!”
“Grr, understood!”
Yuno placed his hand on Miri’s reverse scale and began absorbing the yin energy clinging to her body.
