MICKEY 17
🕑 Added 2024-09-19 18:03:06 +0000 UTCI spoke to someone who’s seen the film, and they really liked it. They compared it to OKJA, saying that “Both films have a slightly dark tone, but while OKJA focuses on the cruelty toward intelligent creatures, this one explores the lack of empathy for a human.”
They particularly praised Mark Ruffalo’s performance, calling him the standout: “I’d say Mark Ruffalo’s character in Mickey has a similar vibe to Jake Gyllenhaal’s role in OKJA.”

I hear it's because the movie is VERY weird and they weren't sure how to market it

Why did WB pull Mickey 17 originally from the schedule for 2024?
