Here's another thing I've wanted to redraw for quite a while. Not necessarily because I wanted to update Robyn in this, but more so I wanted to expand on the background and the overall scene. I still liked the original Robyn draw enough that I wound up wanting to keep her head for this. :p When I started this new version, I thought I could probably get away with keeping all of the original drawing of Robyn but it was a bit out of date, anatomically speaking.
I also started reading Claymore on the Shonen Jump app. I figured I might as well take advantage of the subscription for it. I'm really quite enjoying this. I got to a point later on in it where I feel like this is kinda what I originally wanted Attack on Titan to be. AoT kinda lost me when it turned into flesh mecha rather than all about cool grappling zip-line soldiers. >v>;;; I'm probably 2/3s the way through Claymore and now I'm gonna need to see what I'm gonna read next when I finish it.

Oh WOW, Shio this is amazing! I could legit use this as a screensaver. The details are so lovely and I really dig the story that’s being told with the kidnappers searching for Robyn and poor Shiori already secured in the back of the van. I really enjoyed the anatomy of the original piece (those thighs🙏), but I have to admit the updated anatomy is more balanced and in line with your current style Glad you’re enjoying Claymore! It’s a personal favorite of mine. I agree on the AoT comparison though it hadn’t occurred to me until you pointed it out lol 🤔

Uh oh, Robyn. That person doesn't seem like they're happy about you running off. And they seem like they want you there to 'comfort' Shiori. After all, it would be such a shame if she was all alone in that van ;). Honestly, really amazing how you can take the original Pic and add so much to it.
