New Year's Baby
🕑 Added 2022-01-04 23:23:32 +0000 UTCI added the picture for fun, but the story below isn't directly related to it. Enjoy!

“Come on sweetheart, don’t you want everyone to see how cute you are?” Liam taunted his ex-girlfriend, giving her diapered bottom a sharp smack to get her moving.
Natalie squealed and shot him a look that was half-furious, half-pleading. “Please, Daddy!” she begged. “Please don’t make me!”
She could hear the backstage crew behind her snickering, and she fidgeted on the spot, partly out of embarrassment and partly because she badly needed to pee. Her thick disposable nappy crinkled noisily between her legs, and she tried in vain to cover it up with her hand, while with the other she attempted to hide her nipples. Daddy never let her wear clothes in the house. He liked to watch her run around in nothing but her Pampers, but today was a special occasion – in addition to her diaper, Natalie wore a sash across her chest that, although it failed spectacularly to cover her large bare breasts, proclaimed to the world that she was New Year’s Baby. It was a mockery of her former career as a model, another spit in the face as part of her new life, Natalie knew. It was precisely because she’d tried to cheat in that day’s Miss New Year competition that she’d ended up in front of a regression sentencing court, and put in her boyfriend’s (quickly her ex-boyfriend’s) custody after being sentenced to five years as a two-year-old. All because she’d tried to suck off one of the judges a couple of weeks before the competition! And now the day of the competition was here, and her boyfriend-turned-Daddy was intent on sending her out on stage.
“Please!” Natalie whimpered, tears welling up in her eyes as Liam grabbed her by the arm and pulled her closer and closer to the curtains that shielded the stage from view, and the enormous crowd of people beyond. Her bladder gave a spasm and she clenched down on it desperately. “I’m sorry!” she sobbed. “I’m sorry I tried to cheat! And… and I’m sorry I cheated on you! But I just wanted to win the competition! And… and… no! No, please!”
But with a final smack on her heavily padded tushy, Liam thrust his ex-girlfriend through the curtains, and she stumbled, bare tits wobbling alluringly, onto the stage.
For a moment there was total silence as Natalie stared, her eyes wide and horrified, at the mass of people looking at her, taking in her golden hair and her beautiful face, her perky tits and the sash that failed to cover them, her tight tummy, her slender legs, and the puffy white nappy bulging between her thighs.
Then the crowd burst into laughter. Natalie felt as though she couldn’t move. She could only stand there, her plump red lips open in a comical ‘o’ shape, as the audience roared and shrieked with laughter at the sight of her. All of a sudden her bladder let go, and Natalie felt a strong rush of warm wee-wee stream into her pants. She squealed in disgust and looked down at her crotch before she could stop herself. The crowd’s eyes followed her gaze, and then the laughter seemed to double in intensity as the front of her nappy began to sag and discolour as the overgrown toddler pissed herself in front of their very eyes.
Natalie burst into tears. She didn’t cry quietly. She didn’t cry with the dignity that an adult might. She sobbed and wailed and hiccupped like a bawling baby. “WAAAAAAAH!” she cried. “I DON’T WANNA BE A STUPID BABY! I WANNA BE A BIG GIRL! I WANNA BE SEXY! WAAAAAAAH!”
And then Liam was there. Her Daddy. Natalie couldn’t see clearly through her tears, but she thought there was a satisfied smirk playing about his lips as he came into her line of sight. He reached down between her legs and squeezed the front of her nappy tightly, making sure to stand slightly to the side so that the audience could see every bit of her nappy check.
“Uh-oh!” he announced loudly in a sing-song voice that didn’t conceal his sadistic delight. “I think wittle Natalie’s had a biiig accident!”
The crowd cackled, and Natalie sobbed and screwed up her face in disgust as a strong smell of urine rose around her. It was a perfume she’d gotten used to during the previous two weeks that she’d spent in nappies, but knowing that she’d peed her diaper on stage, in front of hundreds of people, was a thousand times worse than when she made wet-wets in her pants at home. This was the stage! Her stage! The place she was supposed to feel sexiest! And now that was ruined forever. Her whole life was ruined! Even once her five year sentence was up, how could she ever go back to modelling after this? Nobody would ever take her seriously again! They’d all see her as nothing but a big baby! Natalie the big, pants-pissing baby. That’s all she’d ever be!
“Awww, don’t cry baby!” Liam cooed, sliding an arm around her waist and guiding her back behind the stage while the crowd gave her a final loud cheer to say goodbye. Natalie’s crying died down a little as they passed through the curtain. “You did a great job! That competition is actually only for grown-ups, so you can’t win it. But it was very good practice for all the baby pageants I’ve entered you in for this year.”
Natalie stopped her sniffling and looked up at him in horror.
“That’s right, sweetie,” he grinned back, his eyes glittering with amusement. “There are plenty of pageants for girls who’ve been given regression sentences. You’ll get to prance about in tutus and strut your stuff in the cutest of baby dresses, and of course there are plenty where you’ll get to toddle around in nothing but your diaper in front of the judges – I hear there are bonus points if you pee or poop in them on stage! Won’t that be adorable?”
Liam laughed delightedly, and Natalie couldn’t help herself. She started wailing again at the top of her lungs.

I'm not sure I'm afraid, I just found it by searching "new year's baby pinup". I saw a collection of regression-themed pinups on some blog a long time ago, but I haven't been able to find it again.
