I thought you did a great job on breaking points with Krystal and Saagar. You established that empathy is not a zero sum game. There was good discussion of how the well-being of men as human beings is outside of any arbitrary left-right ideological construct.

I see lots of lonely people most of them significantly younger than I am. I cannot say that they are mostly male but I hear more about male loneliness online and incels. I think some of this must be about demographics, the internet and now COVID. For my age group born in the late 60s or early 70s life seemed pretty social, streets were filled with kids and later dating and marriage were mostly about making the right choices rather than having no choices. I can clearly see that this is no longer true. I worry about the effect of not having all that direct in person social time with other humans. Don't ever feel pressured to adopt cats as a substitute when there are geese, the best of domesticated fowl.

According to these people's logic, men should have zero empathy or consideration for any of women's problems. If this were a guy's experience of women in today's world, well, it certainly explains the rise of MGTOW and passport bros.
