Definatly was expecting him to eventually get this skill/make his own blood weapons. Even more so when it was mentioned he had a pretty good affinity for most weapons they tested for him. I can imagine he's probably going to get some class in the future related to a bunch of different weapons/creating them out of blood.

It would be funny if instead of being the perfect Vampyr hunter with his blood domain, he instead was able to cure Vampyres. The crazy sounds like the effect of a Prion like Mad Cow Disease or Creutzfeld Jakob disease.

Thank you for the chapter. Does this mean he has blood blades in his future?

So interesting idea. But do bloodlines exist like that? Just cause there is a lot fantasy elements doesn't mean there are all of them. Also, you're treating his base class (the weakest version of it) as the defining aspect of it. His base class is blood manipulator. Not blood mage, hemoglobin wizard, red cell sorcerer or any other kind of mage class. It's a pure manipulation class. As such the conflating you're making is somewhat problematic.

so. blood manipulator is weak. and since blood shaper and blood manipulator are incredibly weak classes, the only way I see him going about it is enhancing his own blood - giving it special properties. thus enhancing his own body and weapons. like with the bloody healer class. this would potentially give him a route to both enhance his own body and his creations passively, which are in the form of weapons. or actively, with certain skills. it'll also allow him, in theory, to create a class that might eventually contend with the blood mage's potential. there's something to be said about blood as it's a great medium for magic and lifeforce manipulation. in fantasy, a blood mage is someone who does magic using their own blood for sacrifice, mass blood sacrifice from populace, or carefully clearly constructed rituals to shape flesh and blood to create new things. they use careful preperation, such as in the form of thralls or carefully constructed magic. also, it's clearly evil. using other people to gain power.... sacrifice.... powerful, but evil. lets face it, most of his creations are going to be weapons. maybe some of them will be barriers. he's going to be a close ranged fighter since he has zero spells. even if he uses manipulation, the manipulation ability is incredible only because he has lots of talent at it. a random bloke would not have the same thing, then replace it with a water mage... far less utility and damage. water mages probably have the same compression ability, otherwise the'll be incredibly weak. resorting to drowing their enemies. it also has zero spells. less flexible, as well, since it's also requiring blood instead of water. damaging someone first, or damaging the user. in comparison... yeah, not worth it. if we consider the path, conceptually the class itself doesn't give anything to make it's user capable of far range fighting. it has also absolutely nothing to make him a 'mage'. no spells, no barriers, no knowledge or rituals. so a blood manipulator can become like a cultivator who uses his own blood to fight. simply focusing on enhancing his blood and then let the blood do it's thing, instead of just the rest of his body. poison blood, regeneration, duarbility, magic storage, malluability... magic storage and to convert magic to stamina. a powerful combination. endless stamina as long as he has magic. increasing stamina by making the heart beat faster and provide direct oxygen.... or by providing magic to cells. copying the bloodline of beasts... you probably meant to do that. if he finds a phoenix he can give himself inherent fire magic. lots of stuff. yeah, there's a lot. though enhancing the rest of his body as well eventually is a smart idea... he should do that. once he's powerful enough, bone shaping and flesh shaping classes would be a clearly powerful addition. it'll allow him to have massive durability and regeneration. he would also sperate himself even further from the 'blood mage' route. by clearly being a 'not mage'. but more like a cultivator. so, he should focus on giving his blood, his own blood - magic. then using the inherent magic for increasing his own durability. repeat. it's simple and effective. like body cultivation with a focus on blood. it'll be more responsive, and magic weapons are probably more powerful. yeah, it sounds nice and effective. better than a water mage even. since not all water has inherent magic.
