I'm tired and hungry, my food is low and my expenditure is high (45 mins cardio daily, 17k steps a day) and I am feeling it 😅 But I'm so excited for the final product! I'm expecting the next few weeks in particular to be the most challenging but hopefully this means I'll be able to cruise into peak week on higher food when the time comes...

Just a lil casual update on prep seeing as I've not posted a proper one in a few weeks 😝 Woke up to a lovely 1.4kg drop on the scales this morning, obliques have now joined the party 🎉 Changes have recently been made and I'm now at 13.5k steps daily, daily 35 mins HIIT cardio, food has been decreased to around 1.9k calories on a training day and 1.7k calories on a rest day! I'm starting to feel pretty hungry now hut that means...
