This is basically the setup I use for the ASMR stuff. The whole thing is basically just two chairs, a mic, VR headset, earbuds for mic audio, my audio headset with a mic so the avatars mouth moves when I talk, PC, and a laptop for audio recording because the microphones cable is too short and I don't want to be too close to my loud PC fans. Also you might be wondering, the big thing behind the mic is basically just blocking the slight laptop ...
