The Q Continuum post A Place to Call Home from patreon

This piece was commissioned by my dear friend @tawnyontumblrfor HER dear friend @sarettonto accompany a WONDERFUL fic that Tawny wrote for Saretton's birthday! The fic is A Place to Call Home (Explicit, on AO3), a Human AU set in the Late Victorian/1890s and featuring Portrait Painter!Aziraphale and Stage Actor!Crowley as his artistic muse. I am in lovewith this concept.Crowley's voice was almost too soft to hear. It nearly faded amidst th...

Wake up babe new painting software just dropped

OKAY I BOUGHT SOME NEW PAINT SOFTWARE AND I HAD TO TRY IT OUTAnd of course I painted a Crowley (see above).Rebelle 7is the program. No sponsorship or anything, lmao, this is just me paying money for software that I thought was neat and giving it a whirl.Rebelle is meant to mimic physical media (oil, acrylic, watercolor, markers, all that). I've only tried the oil paint brushes out so far, but it's actually a really nice piece of software ...

Muh Point is... Orgasm Denial part 15/30

Well it's been a hot minute since we've had a smut comic update, huh?Sorry for the delay, my dearest Continuum. I've got about 8408340239 projects that wrap up at the end of October/beginning of November, so I've been doing Srs Paintings (TM)!Anyway, here is the next panel of our lads. Poor Aziraphale continues to get his just desserts for goading Crowley. I'm pretty sure Az is about to learn a hard (badumtss) lesson.THE STORY...

Sketching for an upcoming piece for Calico's Rosa Angeli!

Sargentastic WIP

Expermient in the Style of Sargent

Started noodling with color and paint techniques this morning.

SKETCHIN STUFF

I've been asked to paint genderfuckery Crowley in the style of John Singer Sargent....which is both exciting and intimidating. I'm a massive fan of Sargent's work. I've had the good fortune to see a great many of his oil paintings in person, and it always flabbers my gast. Look at these fabrics. Look at that skin. Look at their expressions! I've always felt like many of Sargent's subjects look like they know something the ...

Scaling New Heights (Fairytale Bang Art)

This is my piece for Caddis' fic, Scaling New Heights(Explicit; AO3)!In the story, Aziraphale is a sentient magical tower, and Crowley is a middling nobleman who is cursed, on the run, and in desperate need of shelter.I decided to illustrate the very first scene where Crowley, unwillingly in snake form (that's the curse!), finds a lonely tower in the middle of a field with a window slightly ajar, and decides to slither on up.If he’d hea...

🦊Kitsune Crowley Sketch

I did this sketch a few days ago to practice some poses and expressions. Specifically I wanted to work on a lip-bite. I'm not totally satisfied with how this particular expression came out, but I'm going to keep working on it!ADORE the pose though. Def gonna have to reuse that one.Why does he have a fox tail butt plug and fox ear headband? Idk. Why not?🦊FOXBOYS 🦊FOXBOYS 🦊FOXBOYS 🦊FOXBOYS

Smut Comic Prequel Fic

Our very own ScholarlyStrumpet wrote this excellent and highly explicit prequel fic explaining some... things... about the dynamic between Az and Crowley in the comic.Highly recommend giving it a read! It's delightful!

Snakey Tarot Card WIP

Just something I've been noodling with. Naga Crowley and Eden-esque Aziraphale as The Lovers.

Muh Point is... Orgasm Denial part 13/30

ACT III BEGINS.We return from the flashback and Crowley has decided he needs to up the ante to hold Az's attention. As a production note on this panel, I spent a ton of time trying to figure out how to balance my typical art style (heavily rendered, some might say over rendered) with the need to produce panels relatively quickly. It was a fun but frustrating exercise in whittling down my painting process into the necessities, and I learned a l...

IRL Updates

Just some thoughts so you all know what to expect coming up:I am going out of town next week on Sept 9th (Monday) and will be back on the 12th (Thursday), so comic updates/posting will be reduced. Never fear, we will resume the comic as usual once I return!I still owe you NSFW+ Tier folks some art exclusives. However, in the interests of full transparency, I have paused working on those while I illustrate this comic. I hope you all will bear with...

Storyboarding Act III, continued

Other notes from storyboarding:"dramatic cock-based cliffhanger""Az is gonna fucken die""Az is a pathetic mess of an Angel""FUCK, THAT'S DEMONIC""Crowley holding it up threateningly and Azi reacting"

Muh Point is... Orgasm Denial part 11/30

I feel like I'm really hitting a good stride in style now. There are def things to improve (I gotta figure how to make the text work so I'm not constantly fighting it, visually!) but as a whole, I'm really satisfied with this panel.NOW COME ON, ANGEL, I'VE GOT A POINT TO PROVE.THE FLASHBACK SO FAR:
