A small release fixing a ton of desyncs and adding some small QOL changes.Fixed desyncs when stale moves were not properly exported. Small hotfix for rwing alpha v1.4

This patch fixes a bug where text selections were not properly aligned when the scale factor was changed, as well as a large playback takeover desync that occurred when a character had a jump button held down.As a bonus, I've added hotkeys to toggle the debug info and notes panels (i and o).

Rwing v1.3!

Anotherround of desync fixes/improvements! Not much else, since I was hard at work gearing up for the release of TM Community Edition. I'm planning on adding selection features next, so you can select a portion of a replay in the timeline and export it or add it to a playlist. In the future, you will also be able to open the selection in Slippi for video recording or whatever.I'm also working on a "Find similar situations" feature...
