I got asked to do some posts about what we eat
My whole house is vegan, we’ve been vegan for about eight years now, and love it! This week Sterling decided she wanted to take over cooking and her first night she absolutely knocked it out of the park!A French cassoulet that was delicious and really healthy, and an almond tart that used apples and almond flour for the base, so it’s super healthy but really good!

First and foremost, I REALLY am enjoying this platform! It’s so much easier just to flow and be myself on here instead of constantly watering myself down like I do on social media. Started jumping rope again between sets
Look at the sweat on that nose! LOOOOOOK at it! Jumping rope is kicking my butt, but this way I don’t have to do a bunch of cardio at the end of my workout 💃💃💃
