Panel 5 is probably the closest we're getting to how Raziel actually feels at the moment.

Annndrea, I thought you went on Hiatus for HOUSE stuff! I did! Then we had a setback and now I can't get keys until Wednesday, so have a page. House stuff is exhausting, but having a heartbeat as an angel seems...suspicious. HMMM

Possible short Hiatus??? So I'm currently in the busiest part of my... life, I think. Right now, Tuesday Sept 19th, am finishing this illustration to have it for monday. on thursday I'm flying to vegas for a stupidly busy show, coming back on the 25th for more stupid busy times, and i'm closing on my house Sept 28th. I'm also going to be renovating/ fixing this house up, and while I don't know if I'll miss Monday the 2nd, ...

I think Raziel's blood pressure is as high as the page number.

I like to think Gauzier goes with big mouth to yell better. I'm shocked Raziel doesn't seem to want to tell his boss things, Gauzier seems like such a nice guy.

HMM. more context from the flashback back in chapter 6! you.... you remember the flashback? page 144? no? Uhhhh... well basically Amber saw Neri came from a different monster that wasn't the meatipede when she first popped into the house and turns out maybe that one wasn't super great. Annnnd maybe that's why Raziel's been more of a turd, as that's the first thing he found when arriving at Katherine and Amber's house the f...

Raziel proves you can die inside again even after dying irl.

Here we see two of the least smooth people in existence somehow get away with things. Also funnily enough, genetics do sometimes gives folks pretty pointy teeth! Usually it's worn away in time though, so you'll mostly find pointy-teeth children.
A Different Ask Caelum Sky!
So I'll be doing a different sort of suggestions from the Patreon folks this time, and wanted to let you all know about this fun program I've been playing with. To clarify, I'm very not pro Ai art. I think it's a terrible thing full of scraped images run unethically as hell. I think it poses a huge issue for people in the future and I'm very up to date on the many, many legal lawsuits it's accrued. Hell I'm even in as ...
The ol switcheroo.
So another one from the prompts page. So neri isn't actually like...any specific type of demon. Demons in this world kinda encompass everything that isn't angelic or heaven-based. There's a number of heaven beasts we'll meet down the line, but for now, everything not Hayyoth or Cherub centric will just be "demon". So Raziel but Neri would still just more or less be Neri, but wacky colors. Same with Neri, Female angel Neri ...

Help a demon bedazzled my vocal cords and now I can't talk

Hand signals! And the non-middle finger type! Also bonus shitpost from the discord.

Aw shit I get heartburn too it's the worst.Who knew "cracking' could be so painful?
Some updates and maybe an increase in number of pages!
Hey all! So a few quick updates. Recently I've been getting treated for my ADHD and it's lead to pages being a lot easier to complete than before. At a point just before gencon I was about 4 pages ahead on here, painting for week 3 august biz. I was considering upping the amount of pages per month from 6, to 7 and maybe 8. My idea is to do every monday, and every other thursday. As it stands right now our thursday posts are contingent on ...

Welp, Gauzier's here. I hope you're ready for his weirdly juicy lips for a while! So Gauzier in book form was the one character I never really had a clear idea what they looked like. Just about everyone else I could picture in my head except for them. So when the comic started up and I couldn't bear to draw another human character, someone suggested Big Wheel theme and I happily created this design. It's so wonderfully dumb. He'...

Tu, Fortasse is "You, maybe" referencing Neri coming back from being heckin' bone fragments. Also unrelated, angels tend to have like...various colored-ish wings. They're all light/ angelic looking, but they tend to have a tinge to it. Talec had yellow, Gauzier's got some light purple going on; does not make any impact in the story or their society, lol
271
say what now?
270
They gave these hoodies out to everyone at a picnic a year or two ago. And that's not fun textbox banter, it's canon, lol. Also have a Talec, from the midwest. He's literally unimportant and I googled "Respectable looking man" and found someone. (though google's Talec had a cool car and would probably care about someone being threatened at pikepoint). Not that Comic Talec doesn't care, but he probably thinks it's fu...

Welcome to environmental storytelling, the page. What conclusions can you draw here?

This revenge is off to a confusing start already.

Looks like Neri has another letter to mail BY FORCE.
HUG. (by force)
From the patreon-asked questions/ prompts to draw. A quick backstory. So ages ago, when I was planning out the written story, for fun I put these characters into the Sims... (3, I think). I took time to try and make them realistic, give them plenty of good and bad traits, just as a fun exercise to see how they'd act outside of my scope of things. After about an hour of finagling and house-building, I set them free, and immediately, holy shit, ...
265
you know i'm starting to think that was pretty hard. Raziel ANGERY.
264
Neri has a hard time understanding what it means to send a letter.

Talk crap, get the BAP.
Patreon-voted drawing ideas!
Hey there! So a big workload of stuff's finally over, and I'll have some time at a few upcoming shows. I'd like to add some benefit to the Patreon, so I'd love to draw your various CS prompt ideas. They could be fun, they could be silly, serious, what have you. To vote on other's ideas, thumbs up their comment to this post, and i'll draw the highest rated ones :D Good luck everyone!

When people don't RSVP to Neri's Birthday party it goes over about just as well.

Raziel uses his innate skills to make situations much worse intentionally.
