Commission Stuff [Invoices, Form Update]

A month has passed since the September Commission form was opened. I'm gonna consider it closed now so new submissions dont get mixed in with older submissions. Plus, its possible as time goes on, older submissions aren't in a position to pay anymore. So! It's important to keep things fresh. I'm gonna be sending out a couple new invoices from that September form today, then I'm gonna consider it closed and open a new one. 👍...
