The heat and humidity screw with my chronic pain and joints. And some of the meds I'm on (and cannot stop because I'd like to stay alive, tyvm) mess with my hypothalamus and make it harder for my body to deal with heat. Reverse Seasonal Affective Disorder doesn't help, either. Add on top of it that I had to put down my dog, got into a car wreck, and had to move. Well. It was rough. But I've learned that I'm going to have to put more work into getting ahead for the summer so that I don't need to worry about summer content in the future. Treat it as a two month vacation while my body screams at me everyday lmao.
