Hello my friends!! You might have noticed I haven’t posted in a while, I’ve been taking a bit of a break from posting and making content. We all need a break every now and then it’s good for the soul, mind and body 😙
I will be back to make more content and post soon, I’m sitting about about 120kgs which I’m very happy with 🧡 very focused on training and growing for you all xx
In the meantime messages are always open if you wanna chat or send me something, I’m still all about the personal touch. Take care and I’ll see you all soon xxoo
