This month's polls will focus on the Gallery mechanics!
Currently, the Gallery works by storing scenes that you've already encountered in-game. Naturally, this means people who play the game a certain way (ie. solving problems with non-sexual routes) don't unlock the scenes at all.
Some players prefer it this way, while others complained this discourages them from playing the "safe" route.
Another notable issue is that given the way it's currently structured, it's impossible to complete the Gallery since some routes branch off from others completely.
As such, this month's polls are to determine if we should make changes to the Gallery.
The first solution, and simplest solution, is to add payable unlocks, similar to how Monster Tokens and the Menagerie works. Essentially, since there is the ability for Claire to make a surplus of silvers, and there's not much places to spend them on, why not have the ability to "buy" scenes using silvers? Depending on each scene's initial unlock difficulty, the amount you need to unlock them will vary.
The second solution is to have progression unlocks. We tested something similar with the Prologue, where completing the Prologue gives you the ability to unlock all scenes from the Prologue. The idea would be that completing an entire major questlines would trigger an unlock for a whole group of scenes at once (even those you haven't seen before from an alternate route).
The third solution is to have unconditional unlocks. Let me explain - let's say Claire can solve a situation by offering a sexual favour, or completing a non-sexual task. However, regardless of how you approach the situation, once it's solved (even if you did it with a non-sexual method) the sexual scene will unlock in the Gallery.
And of course the fourth solution is simply to let the Gallery remain as-is, with no change!

Personally, I'd really like the chance to navigate between previous chapters, and unlock scenes that I missed, but without changing the overall outcome of my playthrough, similar to Life is Strange's collector mode
I liked what you did with the prologue gallery. More of that system would be nice...and maybe some hints to guide us in the right direction regarding missing scenes. I'd rather not have scenes I haven't seen unlock on their own as in the Unconditional. It's nice to replay as a different Claire to find those. Would take some of that extra incentive away if they unlocked in 1 playthrough imo, but that's just me.

Progression Unlocks + Hints (now it's possible to know if a specific scene is bugged or missing or still manually unlockable).

Happy with the system the way it is. My vote is to keep it that way. No need to change what isn't broken
Here's the thing that concerns me. I *would* have voted for Unconditional Unlocks, but the problem that I forsee with those is that you'll be chasing bugs for each individual scene simply on the 'possibility' of entering a certain state as opposed to an actual state being chosen. Already you're tasked to capacity catching regular bugs and fixing the ones you inadvertently make, this could be even more workload that'd prove to be super time-delaying for you compared to the other options. And payable unlocks are like...Claire's Quest isn't just sex scenes strung together, it's also the story that brings her to that point for me that works to its advantage. Heck, we had someone pop in discord saying he preferred a story leading up to the ranger scenes as opposed to just the scenes as in Claire's Excellent Forest Adventure, and I actually agree with that sentiment. So to be able to just unlock an endgame scene through farming money in Rathpike or Valos would kinda really take me out of it TBH. So yea...stuck with Progression Unlocks.
