Demo 3.0! - How to get access and Change List

What does that mean? Well, over the past several months, we’ve been hard at work rethinking and gathering all the feedback you provided from the old demo. This iteration brings a bunch of new things we want to test and hear your thoughts on.
Let’s dive into the main changes. Here’s what we’ve got:
Militsioner (M) Updates: M can now move the player to roofs, store and consume items, and has a new state where he interacts with citizens and events. His hand behavior is improved, and the fee system is tied to his anger.
NPCs: NPCs have a panic state and a new movement system.
Flood System: The flood level changes with M's mood, revealing secrets and creating tension.
Player Suspicion: An alibi system is introduced, where other characters can vouch for the player.
Trains: A new Cargo Train type and refactored train logic are added.
Dialogue: Three basic dialogue options and contextual answers are implemented.
Game Loop: A mind-map journal, roguelike structure, days count, Militsioner's day off, and Militsioner upgrades are added.
Save System: Player progress is saved at the end of each run.
World Features: New features include an item washing machine, vending machine, reworked town cars, increased interactable objects, object spawners, timed objects, and VHS player.
Environment: New environment and interactable assets are added.

- Quick note: Even if you played the last demo, we recommend completing the new tutorial before diving in.
And as usually: Keep in mind—it's a work in progress and not the final vision for a game. We're counting on your feedback to help us shape it further. Take a moment to fill out the survey after you play the game. Also, please don't stream the demo.
We're all about open development, but this is still an early preview and could be misunderstood as the final game, despite being far from done.

Where can i get this version of the playtest?

I don't see the demo keys channel? Just demo-access but there doesn't seem a way to get the key for steam
