The power that the king sensed from the girl could closely be regarded as nen imo, if you remember back when gon and killua were trying to gather funds to buy Greed Island, they found some items that had nen imbued in them and that was explained by: when some individuals master their craft and put everything they have in it they can use nen to a certain degree. I believe that it's the same for her, she's so focused that some of her aura leaks out subconsciously.

Morel is prime example why Nen power system is so great! It doesn't matter what your ability are, what's matter how you use it.

Doesn't Cheetu's new nen ability remind you of domain expansion in JJK?

Hina (Hirin) was the Chimera Ant girl who was with Leol (Hagya) and Flutter all the time. Her nen ability is nen exorcism. When sheβs exorcising nen it makes her look pregnant. She was exorcising APR from Cheetu to free him from Knuckles power.
