Made soul sand eyes and interactive foliage work in third person on iris
Fixed things such as selection outline, chunk borders, fishing lines... not rendering
Prevent mods which abuse the lightmap to blind you when holding a light source with a light level bigger than 15 (this is cursed from the mod)
The emissive soul eye option works also with soul sand valley overhaul enabled
Many effects from EP now work correctly with blindness or darkness
Minor fixes and tweaks
