Can he really judge his percentage of limb extension to three decimal places? I dunno man, that seems way more advanced than other examples of baxxid mental discipline. I would think that as nice a thing restraint is to work on, I would say agility is what Kalgkur really needs to hone. But 'control' is a nice way of putting it.

Now the hard part. Pick it up and put it back. Master your precision. Turn clunky action into precise movement. Knocking the stone off was easy. A tiny child with puny arms could do that. Putting it back will be monumentally hard.
