You bet. You can add wipes at any layer just by right clicking on the layer slider and inserting "Template Custom Gcode". Does steinwipe allow you to add a wipe at select layers. I print a lot of PETG and get build up on the nozzle during the first layer. Be nice to wipe the nozzle after the first layer
