I hope for the Gaol knight you lean in to how many streamers found that guy early and tried to do a determination against him and had to swallow their pride and come back later. I know it's probably impossible to get to him with just the starting gear, but if you can do it without NG+, and can make it look easy, that would a flex. But bear could be cool too.
